ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES

The purpose of online booking services is to reserve a room at HOTEL CESARAUGUSTA. Once inside www.hotelcesaraugusta.com, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the booking process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set at www.hotelcesaraugusta.com

BOOKING PROCESS

To make your reservation follow the instructions indicated on the website:

3. Specify the number of adults and children in each room
4. Indicate the ages of the children

The screen will display the price of the selected room or rooms, including VAT. It will also indicate if there is an offer or promotion associated with the room. Booking guarantee: A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Once the process is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email, which we recommend you print or save a copy on a durable medium, as it will serve as proof of your booking.

PRICES, EXPENSES, AND TAXES

The prices for room per night listed on www.hotelcesaraugusta.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the validity period of the same. The products include VAT. The VAT rate will be the one in force at the time of the stay in the hotel. Room prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the booking is made. Regardless, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the online booking process before they formalize their acceptance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are held until 18:00 on the day of entry. It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of the entry. In case of no show, the charge for the first night will be applied. For non-refundable bookings, no cancellations are allowed, and the hotel may charge on the day of the booking. (In case of no show, the reservation is only maintained for the first night).

LIABILITY

The user agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs, and public order, as well as the provisions in these General Contracting Conditions. Consequently, they are obliged not to use the services for illegal purposes and/or contrary to the provisions of these General Contracting Conditions, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties, or which, in any way, can damage the services of HOTEL CESARAUGUSTA and/or its image.
